ASPEN & SAGE BOTANICALS
Aspen and Sage began out of a desire to produce high quality, 100% organic herbal products to the public.
Ashley started making chocolate with her two year old son during the pandemic when she could not find a high enough quality chocolate without cane sugar and a bunch of additives. They created herbal-infused chocolates. Ashley also created a natural sunscreen, especially living in Colorado, she needed something effective and non toxic: the sunbutter.
OUR APPROACH
Aspen and Sage approaches herbalism and nutrition as a way of living that provides wellness and joy through being nourished and supported with organic non-toxic ingredients. Aspen and Sage believes in providing education to the community and teaches at a variety of places in the mountains and Boulder area.

ASHLEY TURIYA CH, CN & FEP
Ashley is a trained Clinical Herbalist, Clinical Nutritionist and Flower Essence Practitioner.
She has over ten years of training from Rosemary Gladstar, Bastyr University Acupuncture and Naturopathic program, and finally Clinical Herbal and Nutrition Training and practice at the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism.
Ashley creates thoughtful and effective protocols for her clients. Ashley takes the time to listen and chooses a holistic approach in providing herbal and nutrition consults.
Ashley lives with her husband, son and Aussie dog in the mountains west of Boulder, CO. She lives an active life hiking, skiing, swimming in cold rivers and wildcrafting herbs for local apothecaries.
